Does your darling feline throw up after dinner? Many cats have this problem after eating too fast, bolting their food. So how can you slow down their intake?
You can try putting little rubber balls in her food dish. Putting little rubber balls in the food makes your kitty move the balls around the dish to get at the food. This slows down the eating. And challenges your cat.
Make sure the rubber balls are not so small that your cat can accidentally eat them. Keep the size of the balls too big to be eaten yet small enough to fit in the dish.
Another tip is to serve your kitty smaller more frequent meals so he is not gulping down large portions of food. Try doubling feeding times and feeding her half the amount per meal. The smaller the meal, the less likely she will throw up. Good luck.
